Pinestead Succession is undergoing a search process to identify an exceptional UK business to acquire. This process is led by our succession entrepreneur who will also take over the day-to-day management of the acquired business. We have secured capital for the search process and may selectively bring on additional capital from value-adding partners at the time of acquisition. The existing investor base has no single dominant investor and comprises family offices, private investors and funds highly experienced in small company buyouts.
